The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ's construction back out of the project. Ving Dyesí pushed on reguardles, and Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ is buildings are arranged within a network of narrow flagstone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The town's would-be-castle fortifications have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ lost 126 people, 221 livestock, and 85 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 181, when members of Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ's militia enacted an operation to bring aid to another fighting force. The operation was complicated by gale force winds which drowned out orders and hampered ranged combat. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the mine, which ended in a crushing defeat for Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Fìkh Fl-96k Bèlgǐ's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
